Death on the Nile is the follow up film from "Murder on the Orient Express" staring Kenneth Branagh as the famous Detective Hercule Poirot. In this film Hercule is invited on a boat for a Wedding Reception cruise along the Nile River where one of the members is murdered, and one of the people on the boat is the killer. It is now up to Hercule to solve the murder mystery. Like the previous film, this one also has an all star cast including Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Russell Brand, Annette Bening, Sophie Okonedo, and Letitia Wright. These films are basically a version of "Clue" where you are just basically waiting for the murder in order to figure out who might have killed the person. While I did enjoy this one more than the previous film, I did have some issues with this one as well. My biggest gripe is that it is over an hour before the murder even takes place, and I still felt I didn't learn enough about most of the characters outside a few of them. The acting was great and I was mostly entertained, but I just felt the film could have been a bit shorter in my opinion.
