Really strong, edgy film. A fully dramatic performance from Aubrey Plaza (don’t expect any laughs here), and she doesn’t disappoint. Next day update: ok, ok, ok, I shouldn’t have tried to go to a 9:55 movie. While I saw most of it, I know for sure that I nodded off during some important parts. Not the fault of the movie. So I will definitely see it again soon, either in the theater or when it is first available to rent digitally, making sure to pay for it as penance. Haha
