Jason's Review of Don’t Breathe 2 2021 ★★★★

Well, this is one horror sequel that I wasn’t expecting to be nearly the equal of the original, but…it is! No, it’s not “necessary,” but neither were the pancakes I had with breakfast this morning and I thoroughly enjoyed those, too.

This a brutally effective (and often just plain brutal) action horror film that looks great, moves swiftly, is rather incredibly gory, packs a couple of nice twists, and is a totally reasonable continuation of the story began in the first film.
