Ok well…that was a surprise. Definitely was not expecting this to be one of the few Marvel movies that I genuinely love and feel that it stands apart from the crowd in a major way. Loved the characters and the room that it gave quality actors like Scarlett Johansson, David Harbour, Rachel Weisz, and (especially) Florence Pugh to breathe. It’s also got a maturity and moral complexity I’m not used to seeing in these movies. And the action and widespread destruction scenes are pretty amazing. And truly unusual for most Marvel movies, I was never bored. Yep, really enjoyed this.
